The current star rating required by the Building Code of Australia is 6 Stars for residential buildings in Victoria. As of 1st October 2023, the required star rating will be 7 stars and Whole Of Home assessments will be mandatory.  

Using an accredited energy-rating software, FirstRate 5, we produce accurate and reliable NatHERS reports. This program considers the orientation, location, and materials needed during construction.

By determining the home’s heating and cooling loads, we deliver results that produce the required star rating . We will provide stamped rated plans and report with all the required optimisations to achieve the rating required to conform with the National Construction Code.
